Congrats on the dossier! That is such a HUGE step! My name is Heather. I came across your blog and found that we have a lot in common!:). We also live in Utah. (West Jordan) We are in the process of adopting 3 children from Haiti. Twin 8 year olds and a 1 year old, all girls. We almost have our dossier complete, we are just waiting on our social worker to finish writing our home study. Your daughter is beautiful!
